I wanted a clean way to access my Namecheap Private Email on my iPhone, so I tried the native iOS Mail app first ā but I didnāt like the UI or how clunky it felt.
Instead, I added my domain email directly into the Gmail app and now manage everything from one inbox ā”
Hereās exactly how I did it, step by step.

Why I Picked Gmail
- I already live inside Gmail on mobile.
- The Gmail app gives smooth push notifications and a familiar layout.
- I can keep my personal Gmail and Namecheap Private Email ( hello@yourdomain.com ) neatly separated but in the same interface.
